I’m Ivana, your licensed massage therapist. I serve the greater DC-Maryland-Virginia area full-time, and you may find me at home in Georgia, or out in California from time to time. (The best way to know is to check my calendar).

What I offer at Heart in Hand is a variety of modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, and muscle energy techniques in order to serve the body well in addressing ailments, and maintaining harmony.

What I enjoy about massage is learning something new every day. With each session, I walk away with new information on the body and just how our everyday environment, lives, stressors etc. affects it. I enjoy seeing my clients leave better than I found them, and being an overall aid to my community.
